How long does a SAP S/4 HANA implementation take?

The approximate implementation time for SAP HANA is 20 weeks, which is a maximum of 5 months. However, this timeframe can vary depending on the size of your company, the complexity of your internal processes, and the level of customization required. For the SAP S/4HANA On-Premise version, implementation times usually double.

If it is a standard implementation with preconfigured scenarios, the times can be shortened. However, if the project requires custom developments, integration with external systems, or a complex data migration, the schedule may be extended.

2. Register in Acelera Pyme
    Go to www.acelerapyme.es and register, you will be given all the necessary information and tools.
3. Take the digital self-diagnosis test
    This step is mandatory to know the digital maturity level of your company. It is completed in a few minutes and does not require technical information.
4. Request your digital voucher
    Once the diagnosis has been carried out, you will be able to apply for the voucher corresponding to your business segment (up to €12,000 depending on the size of the company).
5. Choose an authorized digitalizer agent
    Select the company that will implement the solution (for example, an SAP consultant). It is important that it is registered as a Digitalizer Agent in the program. Only they can redeem the voucher.
6. Sign the agreement and start your digital transformation: Once the voucher has been assigned, sign the contract with the agent and begin the implementation of the solution that your company needs.
